Azia Burgi Caldari Science and Trade Institute	Posted - 2008.05.15 01:38:00 - [1] Hello everyone I remember seeing, ages ago, a thread where someone was trying to compile a user manual for a Rifter. I never heard anything further on that project. Well I've "borrowed" that person's idea and made a user manual for the Kestrel. It's still work in progress at the moment but I really wanted to get some feedback on it before I polished it off. Please could you lovely people give me whatever comments and suggestions you feel appropriate. Just slowly working my way through chapter 3, i consider this the hardest chapter because I have to make stuff up that actually sounds believable. All sections are done, apart from section 3.6 Pod Systems. Please let me know what you think and I'll also start considering suggestions for a follow up manuals. Bear in mind that I mainly fly Caldari and some Amarr. Gallente /Minmatar ships would require me to consult you guys a lot more during the production of the manual. I had loads of fun making this guide and I hope that at least some of it is useful to you. I'm now open to suggestions on what ship you guys think I should tackle next. Preferably a T1 ship! You are more than welcome to try. Most of this was written at 5am. I intended this guide to be a cross between a buyers guide and an existing users guide. The first half of the guide is actual useful stuff, section 3, about the ship systems etc is something I added late in the creation for a bit of padding. I'm not sure many people want to read 28 pages of how I think the warp drive works. I think I will do all the tech 1 Caldari frigates including the Ibis and the Caldari Shuttle. I'll see from there what to do next. I'm trying to steer clear of tech 2 ships because I feel that they have a rigidly defined role with in the game.
